What doesn't Kill You

As assumed by the general masses, makes you stronger but at what cost. So as per my blogging tradition, not exactly set in stone, but going by behavioral trend, it is apparent that I tend to blog a lot more at the beginning of the year and then I sorta just disappear into nowhere and then come back towards the end of the year to do a recap. Yup that just about sums it up doesn't it? So where do I start? or do I even dare to start? I think I am not gonna... However I am going to say that I have noticed that I am growing wiser and younger as the years go by. So spiritually I know more than I did at the beginning of the year. I am at a better place now than I was in January but emotional peace, I may not claim to have as I do go through bursts of anger and then I go to my spiritual place for the fix and the cycle repeats itself. I usually do not hold on to anger but when you have been angered the way I have in my life, you begin to wonder when it actually does give. The spritual growth has taught me forgiveness, and I think it is working, but that does not bar me from remembering the pain when I look at the scars. The things I have gone through in 2012 do not even compare to the pain I went through when I lost my parent. I say parent here because for a while there, having one parent had become normal since the other one left us when we were much younger. Losing my mother as an adult was painful, mostly because I knew that with her gone, there was not going to be any other parent. No step parents, nada. So back to 2012, I witnessed and experienced things I can never at my worst wish on my deadliest enemy. The Consolation, for all this crazyness is that I have not gone through these things alone. I have a partner that has stood by me through all the thin. God bless her soul. Now moving on to being more positive about life.......... "I am responsible for my happiness and as such from now on taking the bull the horn with a bell attached to it's tail and making my happiness happen" Till next time MSC
