For I am Him

Just like sand through the hour glass, the year came, and it passed. I am referring to my first year as someone's husband. Whereas it has felt like only a few months since saying our vows, the year itself has not been without its ups and downs. I must say, Ups and Downs that are not really caused by you, are the worst to deal with because you really have no control over them. You fight so hard to keep things going in a more pleasant manner but that lack of control just makes you fail. Epic Fail at that. I have gone through things I would not wish upon my worst enemy and so has my lovely wife. Also not a pleasant feeling knowing that all these shenanigans that my wife has gone through over this past year are as a result of mistakes of my past. Reassuring, is the fact that I have a wife who loves me and has stood by me in the fight and continues to be with me as I go through life and its obstacles. I thank God for getting us where we are, and I look forward to the joys and blessings of the future. That being said.... Happy First Anniversary to my favorite person in the whole world; My Wife!
