On this day in 2010, I reported for duty for the first time at International Paper. I was terrified but did not show it, to be joining a completely different group of individuals; they looked like they all were waiting to see how long I would last.
Well a year has passed and I am still there, always trying to make a difference and giving 101% because 110% is unrealistic.
